About Me

Hi, I'm Saskia.

Business economist and certified bank clerk with over 25 years in corporate IT, working across international teams and companies. I understand both: how a business runs commercially and how the technology behind it works. That's exactly the intersection where I work for you.

My path

Business-minded, technically built.

I started out as a bank clerk at HYPO-Bank in Munich. Alongside work, I continued my education at the IHK Academy Munich to become a certified business economist (IHK) and industrial business administrator. Numbers, processes, and how a business runs economically were my foundation from the very beginning.

Then came IT. Over 25 years I worked in large tech companies and corporations on an international level: Oracle, MySQL, MariaDB, Red Hat, and most recently Deutsche Bahn. There, I wasn't the one writing code, but the one who brought sales, processes, and systems together across teams and countries. CRM administration, commission accounting, business analysis, product ownership.

That's the combination that makes the difference: I don't just see the technology. I see what it actually does for your business.

Two worlds, one person

Why that matters for you.

Most tech people understand the software, but not your business. Most consultants understand your business, but not the technology. I understand both.

Tech it easily

Everything I learned across international corporations, now for small and medium-sized businesses: clear workflows, fitting systems, and less manual work. Corporate-level quality, without the corporate overhead.

Why I do this

Large corporations have an entire IT department. Small businesses usually just have themselves.

In international corporations, I saw how much is possible when processes and systems work together cleanly. And I saw that this is exactly what's often missing in small and medium-sized businesses: not the ability, but the time and the right structure.

Inquiries get lost, tasks get duplicated, there's no overview. Not because anyone is working badly, but because the system behind it was never properly set up.

That's exactly where I come in. I build you the structure you'd otherwise only find in large corporations. Explained clearly, and in a way that lets you run it yourself afterward.

How I work

What you can rely on.

I build, you run it

I set everything up and explain it so you have it fully in your own hands afterward. No dependency, no black-box system.

Corporate quality, SME price

The standards I learned at Oracle, Red Hat, and Deutsche Bahn, now for businesses your size. Without the overhead and cost of a large corporation.

No tech jargon

I explain things in sentences you understand. No buzzwords, no technical gibberish. In the end, you'll know exactly what's happening and why.
