Services

From the first inquiry to the paid invoice.

Between the first touchpoint and the signed order, revenue disappears that you've already earned. Your workflows get the structure they need, so every inquiry lands, every quote gets followed up, and nothing goes missing in peak season.

What you get and what you don't

It's about your workflows.

For most people, digitalization starts with the tool. With me, it starts with the workflow. I look at where inquiries slip through, where quotes get stuck, and where your team enters the same information three times.

Only once it's clear how your business actually operates does the tech come in. No tool gets forced on you. A system gets set up that fits your workflows and holds up through the season.

What you won't get from me

  • No systems house pushing hardware and licenses.
  • No off-the-shelf software sales pitch.
  • No consulting that delivers a concept and walks away.

What you get

  • Analysis of your workflows where revenue is getting lost.
  • Automated follow-up on inquiries and quotes.
  • A system, fully set up and supported into the season.

The three blocks in the Peak-Season System

Peak-Load Test, Season Plan, Silent Coach.

Three steps that turn individual tasks and tools into one whole that holds up in peak season.

Block 1

Peak-Load Test™

Just like a lactate test in endurance sports shows where your body starts breaking down, the Peak-Load Test shows where your business breaks down under full load.

  • Inquiry, quote and order paths in detail
  • Bottlenecks, duplicate work, ownership gaps
  • Clear report with priorities

Block 2

Season Plan™

A training plan takes you from base fitness to race shape. The Season Plan takes your workflows from today's reality to structure that holds up in peak season.

  • New ownership and workflow rules
  • Rules for response times and follow-ups
  • Milestones up to season start

Block 3

Silent Coach™

A good coach doesn't run next to you on race day. They've prepared everything beforehand, so you can focus on the race. That's exactly what the automation in the background does for you.

  • Automatic follow-up on quotes
  • Reminders, assignments, status changes
  • Optional AI for calls and text templates

The foundation behind it

Built on software I know and maintain.

Your workflows ultimately run on a single software base: the Business Easy Suite. You don't have to worry about updates, integrations or the fine print. I set everything up, keep it current, and I'm there when your business changes.

Book Peak-Season Check

60 to 90 minutes, free and no obligation. Afterward you'll know what makes sense for your season.

How it works

From the first conversation to race day 2027.

A clear process so you always know where you stand. No long back-and-forth, no months of concept ping-pong.

1

Peak-Season Check

60 to 90 minutes. I look at your workflows, you get an honest read on where you stand and the three biggest levers for your season. Free.

2

Season Plan™

I build the concrete plan for your business. We walk through it together until you know what happens and in which order.

3

Implementation

I set up your workflows and automate what can be automated. You stay in your day-to-day, I work in the background.

4

Handover

I explain everything to you and your team in person. Once you feel confident, your system runs and I stay reachable.

Most companies realize after the very first conversation where in the season their revenue actually gets stuck.

My commitment

No inquiry goes missing again. Or I rework it.

90 days after handover we measure together. If the three central points aren't running, I rework them at no extra cost until they do.

  • First reply to new inquiries under 15 minutes
  • Every open quote followed up at least five times
  • Zero inquiries lost in any channel

Who this is for

For endurance sports businesses whose season turns into a stress test.

When your business grows and the workflows fall behind the growth, every season turns into crisis mode. That's exactly where I step in. You don't need any technical background. You just need to know that something has to change.

Sports brands

Brands in running, triathlon, road cycling, MTB or swimming that can no longer handle season volume manually.

Specialty retailers in endurance sports

Shops, workshops and bike fitters who lose the overview between appointments, consultations and quote follow-ups.

Coaches and trainers

Running, tri and cycling coaches whose athlete rosters have grown and whose onboarding, scheduling and invoicing eat too much time.

This is a fit if:

Inquiries come in via form, WhatsApp, email and Instagram and nobody has the overview.
Quotes are written by hand and forgotten after sending.
Come peak season, your processes collapse and nobody knows what's already been answered.
You don't want a software debate, you want it to finally work.
You're planning your 2027 season and you know this time everything has to be different.

This isn't a fit if:

You only want to decide sometime next year.
A concept without implementation is enough for you.
You don't have regular season revenue yet.
Your company has more than 100 employees.
Running track at dawn

Your 2027 season

The starting gun goes off earlier than you think.

Whoever starts in March has already lost. Whoever sets up their system by end of October 2026 goes into the season with real backing. Three spots per quarter.

Frequently asked questions

What you probably want to know.

Why endurance sports specifically?
Because I'm a marathon runner, triathlete and road cyclist myself. I buy and use the products your customers use, I know the training and racing rhythms, and I understand what happens in peak season. That's not research, that's lived experience.
How long does the Peak-Season Check take?
60 to 90 minutes via video or phone. At the end you'll get an honest read on where your business breaks first during peak season and what can be fixed even before it hits. No sales pressure, no pitch deck, just a conversation.
What does the whole thing cost?
The Peak-Season Check is free. For the setup there are two options. Peak-Season System from €4,500 one-time. Peak-Season with Backing including AI from €7,490 one-time. Details on the Offers page.
Do I need any technical background?
No. I explain everything in plain sentences. No jargon, no buzzwords. Handover only happens once you feel confident and your team can operate it on their own.
Do I have to throw away my existing tools?
Not automatically. First we look at your workflows and what belongs together. Some things can be merged, some replaced. The goal is one system instead of many individual tools.
How quickly can I start?
I take on three new companies per quarter. Whoever books their Peak-Season System by end of October 2026 goes into the 2027 season with the system in place.
What happens after handover?
After handover you're not alone. 90 days of follow-up support are included, we measure together whether the central points are running. After that, ongoing support is optional and cancellable monthly.

No risk

See first if it's a fit.
Then you decide.
