Workflows become clear.
Everyone knows what to do next. Tasks and responsibilities are unambiguous, instead of being tied to individual people.
For endurance-sport brands and specialty retailers who sense there is more in it.
More inquiries, more orders, and still you lose revenue because your workflows can't keep up. Inquiries fall through the cracks, quotes never get followed up on, and the call that never gets answered is the customer buying from your competitor. I get your workflows in order, from the first inquiry to the paid invoice, so you win more revenue from what already comes in and gain more time for what you actually love.
Why I do this
That sentence still leaves me speechless. For over 25 years I worked in small companies and large corporations, and I kept seeing the same thing: smart, committed people losing their best hours in Excel lists, duplicate entries across countless tools and endless follow-up questions. Many of them saw it could be done differently, meaning more efficiently, but far too often the words „we've always done it this way" killed every change before it started.
At some point, I couldn't keep watching. I gave up my safe corporate job because I no longer wanted to accept that good people waste their energy on bad workflows. I firmly believe your time is the most valuable thing you have. It does not belong in Excel lists, duplicate entries or the admin swamp. It belongs to your customers, your products, your ideas and the reason you started your company in the first place. Because when everything in the background runs reliably, something far more valuable emerges than a clean process. You get back the freedom to focus on what you started your company for. And your team can concentrate on the work they signed up for.
That is why today I do not look at software first, I look at the workflows behind it. Because that is where it gets decided whether an inquiry turns into a paid invoice or quietly disappears.
Making lost revenue visible
Day to day, it barely shows. An inquiry gets answered one day late, a quote sits untouched, a handover disappears somewhere between two departments. None of it looks like a big mistake, just many small gaps. Over the course of a year those gaps add up to customers who buy from the competitor and revenue that never lands in your account. The bad news: No customer ever comes back saying: „I actually wanted to buy from you." The good news: Exactly those gaps can be closed. Not with more software, but with workflows that work reliably.
What Tech it easily does
I do not start with software.
First, I look at where your revenue leaks away today, between the individual steps.
Only once that is clear do we build a system that runs reliably, from the first inquiry to the paid invoice.
Everyone knows what to do next. Tasks and responsibilities are unambiguous, instead of being tied to individual people.
No more digging through WhatsApp, emails or Excel. Everything is where your team needs it.
Recurring tasks run quietly in the background. Your team gains more time for customers instead of copy & paste.
The core system
Peak season does not wait for your company to be ready. That is why the Peak-Season System is built on my A³ Method: Analysis. Adjustment. Automation.
First I understand your company, then I set up the right workflows, and only then do I automate the steps that truly save time and secure revenue.
The result is a system that keeps running reliably, even when peak season really picks up speed.
Phase 1 · Analysis
Like a stress ECG in sports. We look right where things creak under load: workflows, bottlenecks, responsibilities, manual tasks, the tools in use.
Phase 2 · Adjustment
We build a workflow that still works when peak season really picks up speed. Responsibilities are clear, handovers are reliable and everyone knows what to do next. Nothing gets stuck between the individual steps anymore.
Phase 3 · Automation
Automation exactly where orders currently fall through the cracks. Inquiries get captured, quotes get followed up automatically, questions get handled without you lifting a finger.
The A³ Method is intentionally built in this order. Automating before the workflows work only makes chaos faster. That is why I understand your company first, then set up the right workflows, and only then automate the steps that truly save time and secure revenue.
What is measurably different afterwards
Under 15 minutes
Every inquiry gets an answer, whether it comes in through a form, WhatsApp or a call.
At least 5x
Every open quote gets followed up automatically. Without you or your team having to think about it.
Nothing gets lost
Inquiries, quotes and orders come together in one place. Nothing falls between two tools.
90 days after we start, your system answers every inquiry in under 15 minutes, every quote gets followed up at least five times automatically, and no inquiry gets lost anymore. If that is not the case, I keep working at no extra cost until it is.
Why me
With over 25 years of IT experience, a business background and countless projects behind me, I know that companies do not lose revenue because of bad software, they lose it because of bad workflows. That is exactly where I come in. And because I am a triathlete, marathoner and road cyclist myself, at home in the endurance-sport world, I know your peak season, your customers and your language.
Before we talk about software, automation or AI, we answer one single question together:

No. In the Peak-Season Check, we first look at your workflows and the systems you already have. Often you can improve a lot with your current software. Only when a switch really makes sense do we talk about new tools.
A new tool does not fix bad workflows. That is why the Peak-Season System starts with the A³ Method: Analysis, Adjustment, and only then Automation. The result is a system your team actually uses in daily operations.
No. AI is not a goal in itself. It only comes in where it saves your team time or keeps inquiries from falling through the cracks. Good workflows work without AI, with AI they get even more efficient.
That depends on your company. Most projects come together within a few weeks. After 90 days at the latest, the agreed results have to be in place, otherwise I keep working at no extra cost.
Yes. What matters is not the size of your company, but whether inquiries, quotes and orders come in regularly and your workflows can no longer keep up with your growth.
Together we look at the path from the first inquiry to the paid invoice. Afterwards you know exactly where revenue is leaking away today, which levers make the biggest difference and whether the Peak-Season System is the right fit for your company.
Because automation speeds up everything, including bad workflows. Automating first only makes chaos faster. That is why the Peak-Season System is built on the A³ Method: understand first, then build sensibly, and only then automate.
